How to install Teamviewer?

Sometimes, you may run into a problem, that is too difficult to troubleshoot over the phone or via e-mail, and we need to take a look remotely. This saves both parties time and will get the problem resolved quicker.

 

Step 1.

Download TeamViewer from this this link.

 

Step 2.

Open downloaded file and install TeamViewer with the on-screen instructions.

 

Step 3.

Open TeamViewer and you will see an ID and Password under the Remote Control section. Please forward those details on to us and we will log on to your computer remotely.

 

PS: The ID and Passwords expire each time a session is closed, so we cannot log into your computer with the same credentials again.

 

 

People are telling me my mail is going to their junk folder?

If your mail is being incorrectly flagged as spam by your recipient’s ISP or Outlook please consider the following options:

  • Ask your email recipients to whitelist your email address in Outlook using the Outlook junk mail preferences.
  • Ask your email recipients to whitelist your email address using their ISP’s control panel (if this functionality exists for them to do so).
  • Craft your emails to be less spam like:
    • Don’t shout using ALL CAPS, especially in subject lines.
    • Don’t only send images in email without any text whatsoever.
    • Don’t send executable attachments in your emails.
    • Don’t use offensive language or words in your emails.

If you are still having problems sending email to certain recipients please open a support request and one of our engineers will look into the issue for you.

I would like to resell your products and provide my customers with a packaged service. What options are available to me?

Can I trial a Microsoft 365 license?

Unfortunately you cannot trial a 365 license as Microsoft requires us as resellers to pay for licenses used up-front. As such our licensing with our clients is on a month to month, up-front basis. You can cancel your license at any time in order to not incur the charge for the following month.

Should you wish to trial an Exchange mailbox you we recommend selecting and Exchange Online 1 license as this is the most cost effective offer available allow for full Exchange functionality and a 50GB mailbox.
