Microsoft is retiring some products while others are reaching the end of support during the course of 2023. Upon retirement or end of support, there will be no new security or non-security updates, free or paid assisted support options or online technical content updates.
The list is quite extensive, but will mostly affect customers using Microsoft Office versions older than 2019.
Users may begin to experience difficulties signing in, so we recommend you check which version of Office you are currently running and consider updating to the latest version, or upgrading your 365 license to include the Office Suite before you experience access issues.
