You can always access your 365 mailbox via a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge etc.) by visiting the 365 login page. Bookmark this page or else visit Google and search for ‘365 login’.
Alternatively, you can configure your new 365 account using Outlook 2010 SP1 or later, MacMail, iOS Mail, Outlook for iOS or Android as well as a variety of other email applications. See the ‘Configuration’ section of this knowledge base category for more articles on configuring your mailbox.

For POP users, you can access your email by configuring the account in Outlook or on your mobile device (use the same settings for incoming and for outgoing email).
